Digital Inspection From a Full-Service Manchester Auto Repair Shop
At Brutus Auto, we not only want to help you with your maintenance and repairs, but we also want to educate you on proper car care. We proudly offer digital vehicle inspections at our shop, which allow our trained technicians to be fully transparent when it comes to diagnosing your car and recommending the right services.
What Is a Digital Inspection
A digital vehicle inspection allows you to be in the know at every point throughout the inspection. Our unique software enables our technicians to capture photos and videos of your vehicle while we perform the inspection. It’s the closest you can get without being right under the hood with our mechanics.
What to Expect with a Digital Inspection
Throughout the assessment, we can send content straight to your personal device for immediate updates and feedback. You are able to visually see any pain points that your car may have and better understand what repairs are recommended and why. Rather than trusting our word, you can make your own judgment with the evidence in your hands. Plus, you have the flexibility to approve or deny the suggested services on the spot.

When to Schedule Digital Inspection
Vehicle symptoms can overlap, so a symptom does not automatically identify the part that needs to be replaced. Inspection and testing help separate the actual cause from the symptom. Consider scheduling digital inspection or a diagnostic visit when you notice any of the following:
What to Expect at Brutus Auto
Our goal is to make the repair process easier to understand. The exact tests and repair steps depend on your vehicle and the reason for the visit, but the service process generally begins with the concern you report and moves through inspection, diagnosis, recommendations, and approved repair work.
Share the warning light, noise, vibration, leak, maintenance need, or driving change that brought you in.
Technicians inspect the relevant systems and use appropriate diagnostic procedures before recommending parts or repair work.
We explain what was found, what requires attention, and the repair or maintenance options that apply to the vehicle.
Once work is approved, the team performs the service and checks the vehicle before it is returned to you.
